BIO
Amanda Laura Bynes was born on April 3, 1986, in Thousand Oaks, California. The youngest of three children, she became interested in acting and performing from the age of three, when she would say her older sister Jillian's lines with her while she performed in plays. It was from then on that her family and friends knew that she would be a star someday. It wasn't until 1996 that she auditioned for and got the role as a newcomer on "All That". In 1999 when she was 13 years old she was given her own variety show. In 2002 she debuted in 2002'a box office hit Big Fat Liar among a few other. Although she is often compared to her peers such as Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff and Alexis Bledel she was always the girl that was insecure, tall and very skinny. She didn't feel pretty at all and guys didn't like her that much which is why she started doing comedy. In 2006 she starred in She's the Man based on William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Then there was Lovewrecked, Hairspray, Sydney White which was based on Snow White and the seven Dwarfs and Living proof.
